It is important that you fill in as much as possible to make the reservation process faster.

NOTE:

• Deposits can be "held" by submitting your credit card details, to hold a "provisional booking" (no money is taken from the credit card; just held with the booking, until full prepayment/cancellation is received).
  
• It is standard practice in the travel industry in South Africa where reputable properties are concerned, that a booking is not "confirmed" until full pre-payment is received, approx. 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellation policies are enforced by individual hotels, where cancellation penalties are levied at varying degrees, depending on the notice period given.
