Mhondoro Lodge is a sacred Shona word meaning the Spirit of Power, Protection and Wisdom, symbolically associated with the Spirit of the Lion. A short, one-hour flight or two and a half hour drive is all that separates the fast-paced hub of Johannesburg from the calm, green Eden that is Welgevonden Private Game Reserve.
